Egg Fried Rice

Planning for a Heavy meal breakfast? Here's a good suggestion for you. It's easy and your leftover rice from last night's meal will no longer be wasted. We love to pair this Egg fried rice with dried fish or dried squid. A hot cup of coffee also compliments this easy morning dish. Start your day by preparing your loved ones with this super easy Egg fried rice. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked or  leftover rice
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
2. Saute garlic until brown.
3. Put rice in pan and mix thoroughly.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour in beaten eggs and cook for 3 minutes or until done.
6. Give a good stir then transfer to a serving plate.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dried fish or dried squid!
