The most well loved Filipino dish of all time! Filipinos have different ways of preparing and cooking adobo, as they say, its considered the "pambansang ulam" or national dish. Whether it would be Chicken, pork or with liver, it is now being introduced and popularized around the world. No doubt evey Filipino loves adobo and hope you do too. We'd like to share our own version of Pork Adobo.
Ingredients:
1 kilo pork
1 onion
8 pcs. garlic, minced or crushed
1 tbsp. whole pepper corn
2 pcs. dried bay leaves
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. sugar
Procedure:
1. Slice pork to your desired size.
2. Slice onions and crush garlic.
3. Put all ingredients in a pot and let it simmer.
4. Serve it hot with lots of rice.
