Vermicelli Veggie Soup


My girlfriend, Kristine, made this delicious Vermicelli Veggie Soup. It was raining that's why she made this soup for us!

Ingredients:

1 small pack vermicelli, 50 grams
2 cups water
oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 kilo ground beef
1 pc. Chinese pechay
5 pcs. Baguio beans
1 stalk celery, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, onion and ground beef.
2. Add water, vermicelli, salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil.
3. Add Baguio beans and cook for 3 minutes.
4. Lastly, add Chinese pechay and celery and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy while it's hot!
