Pork Inihaw
Sunday is barbecue day in our house. So I decided to cook pork inihaw! My family loved the taste of it and they were all satisfied!
Ingredients:
1 kilo pork belly
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 pcs. calamansi
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup banana catsup
1 tbsp cooking oil
Procedure:
1. Combine pork belly with soy sauce, lemon, salt, ground black pepper, garlic and marinate for at least 2 hours.
2. In a bowl, pour the pork belly marinade then add catsup and a little bit of cooking oil and stir well. (this can be used as basting for pork belly).
3. Grill the pork belly while basting the top part of the pork after flipping it over.
4. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
