Pritong Daing na Bangus
Daing na Bangus is a simple fish recipe adored by Filipinos. I like to pair this with fried eggplant with a dipping sauce composed of vinegar and sweet shrimp paste!
Ingredients:
2 pcs. Bangus (cleaned and cut sliced into daing)
4 pcs. calamansi
1 cup oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Season daing na bangus with calamansi, salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry daing na bangus skin first and flip it when it's brown and crispy.
4. Serve with your favorite dip!
