Eggcited Beef Loaf Slice


I miss eating beef loaf that's why I've decided to cook this for lunch. It's just simple and easy to make because beef loaf is now available in cans and we just thought of a name for it because it's coated with egg and we were excited to eat it, that's why we called it Eggcited Beaf Loaf Slice.

Ingredients:

1 can beef loaf, sliced to your desired size, 150g
1 pc. egg, beaten
8 tbsp. oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Slice beef loaf to your desired thickness.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Dip beef loaf on beaten egg.
4. Fry beef loaf and make sure both sides are brown and crispy.
5. Serve hot!
